This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to account establishment, membership fees, package maturation, and the payout process for Returns on Investment (ROI). Please read this policy carefully.

ACCOUNT ESTABLISHMENT

In order to receive your Return on Investment (ROI), all clients must establish an account through our online application process. To be eligible for payouts, you must complete the account establishment process by 2:00 pm CST.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

To establish and maintain your active membership account, a monthly membership fee of $129.99 is required. This fee is collected at the time of enrollment (plus a 3.5% merchant service fee ) and will be auto-drafted every 30 days thereafter from the credit card you provide in your application.

PACKAGE MATURATION AND UPGRADE

Upon reaching the maturity date of your chosen investment package, you will be automatically upgraded to the next level package and your new term will begin immediately with the purchase of your new KloudCoins. This upgrade is designed to maximize your investment potential and offer you more opportunities for growth.

PAYOUT PROCESS

On the date your chosen package matures, your investment funds will enter a payout process. This process includes the following steps:

Federally Mandated Regulatory Reviews: Your investment will undergo mandatory regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Anti-Money Laundering Reviews: We are required to undergo anti-money-laundering reviews as part of our commitment to maintaining financial integrity.
Conversion to Bitcoin: Your funds will be converted into Bitcoin as part of the payout process.

Please be aware that the timing of these processes may vary, and we have no control over their duration. It may take several weeks or longer to complete these steps. Once your funds are cleared for payout, we will deduct the fees associated with your new investment level and deposit the remaining amount into your Bitcoin account.
